AIRHAUS ("we", "us") is a Perth-based inflatable nightclub hire business operated by Aydin Hajiyev. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Enquiry and booking details — your name, phone number, email address, event date, suburb and package choices when you request a quote or make a booking.
• Messages — messages you send us via our website, SMS, email, or our Facebook and Instagram pages (including Messenger).
• Payment records — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Website analytics — basic technical data (pages viewed, approximate location) to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver bookings (including automated replies to messages sent to our social pages).
• To send service messages about your booking (confirmations, reminders).
• To send occasional marketing only where you have consented, in line with the Spam Act 2003 — every marketing email or SMS includes an unsubscribe option.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the business run: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Supabase (secure data hosting) and Meta Platforms (when you contact us through Facebook or Instagram). We never sell personal information.

Facebook and Instagram data

When you message our pages, we receive your public profile name and your message content through Meta's platform. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed for the purposes above and any legal record-keeping obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time — see our data deletion instructions or email hello@airhaus.au.
