Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This covers enquiry details, quotes, messages (including messages sent to our Facebook or Instagram pages) and contact details.

How to request deletion

• Email hello@airhaus.au with the subject line "Data deletion request", from the email address (or including the phone number) your enquiry used; or
• Send us a direct message on the Facebook or Instagram page you contacted us through, asking for your data to be deleted.

What happens next

We confirm your request and delete your personal information from our systems within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax and payment records for completed bookings) are retained only as long as the law requires and then deleted.
