Booking Terms

These terms apply to every AIRHAUS inflatable nightclub hire. By paying a deposit you agree to them. If anything is unclear, call or email us before you book.

Quotes

• Your quote is valid for 7 days from when it is issued. After that, prices and availability may change and we will need to re-quote.

Deposit and payment

• A $100 deposit, paid securely online through Stripe, secures your date.
• The remaining balance is paid on the night of your event.
• We have one inflatable nightclub, so we take one booking per date. Your date is locked once your deposit has been paid.

Cancellations and weather

• Cancel 7 or more days before your event and your deposit is refunded in full.
• Cancel less than 7 days before your event and the deposit is non-refundable.
• If bad weather stops your event going ahead, we will reschedule it free of charge.

Delivery, setup and pack-down

• Delivery is free within 20 km of the Perth CBD. Outside 20 km, delivery is quoted.
• Our crew delivers, sets up and packs down the inflatable nightclub. Setup takes about 45 minutes from arrival.
